Tina Mangold

Tina founded Balance Bethlehem in 2013 in an effort to create a healing and nurturing space for herself and the community.
Tina moved to Franconia, NH with her husband Davis and oldest daughter in 2004. Prior to her move to the east coast, Tina spent years working in the medical field and received her BS in Microbiology from UCSD.

After a family tragedy and a bout with cancer, Tina chose to empower herself and take charge of her health. In 2007 she started practicing yoga regularly. It only took about a year until she developed a “serious” relationship with her yoga practice which inspired her to share this love with the community. She completed her Kundalini Yoga teacher training at Golden Bridge NYC.  Tina is also a certified Holistic Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
An ongoing process of learning is what provides the fresh insights that inspire her teachings and vision at Balance Bethlehem. Travel, cooking mouthwatering healthy food and her family are passions which fuel her soul!
